Definition of PPS

PPS

1.  Pulses per second. In rotary dialing phone systems this is known as the amount of clicks that you hear each second when dialing. In the U.S. always set this number to 10pps if the phone system is rotary. Other countries sometimes use 20pps and possibly other settings.
