  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders, Amazon, PayPal, and UPS C.O.D. Personal checks may be accepted with prior approval. International orders must be paid via bank wire transfer. (Note: All prepaid orders take longer to process because they must first clear the bank).
  • May I pay using a check, cashier’s check or a money order?

  • Does Precision Roller offer credit terms for my business?
    Precision Roller offers Net 30 terms to qualifying independent technicians, office machine dealers, equipment and supply exporters, government agencies, and some schools and businesses, on approved credit. Please visit our credit account application page to see if you qualify. Sorry, we currently do not offer credit terms to individuals.

  • I’m outside the USA. What payment methods are available?
    Payment method for international (non-U.S.) orders must be through PayPal, Amazon, or bank wire transfer. In some cases, credit cards may be accepted with prior approval. Please contact us by phone at (623) 581-3330 or fax at (623) 581-6453 for more information.
  • I’m paying for my order with a credit card. Will my card be charged immediately?
    No. Precision Roller’s policy on orders paid by credit card is to charge the card at the time of shipment. Also, if your order is shipped in multiple shipments, your card will be charged at the time of each shipment for only the products in that shipment.
  • Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?
    A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.
  • Does Precision Roller know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
    Our system charges your credit card automatically at the time your items are shipped. If your credit card is declined at this time, we will not receive a specific reason for the decline. Please verify that you’ve given us the correct credit card number and expiration date and that you have an adequate available balance. If these do not seem to be the issue, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 1 (one) business day, your order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order.
  • Does Precision Roller offer any type of Reseller / Dealer or dealer discount program?
    Yes! Precision Roller provides independent technicians, office machine dealers, equipment and supply exporters, government agencies, schools and qualified businesses with reduced prices.   • Is Precision Roller a secure website? What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?
    Your security is our primary concern. To ensure safe shopping, we use DigiCert's highest level Extended Validation (EV) certificate for encryption. This 2048-bit encryption certificate is of the highest level of security available today for secure e-commerce transactions (read more on DigiCert’s site).  All pages containing your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address are encrypted while in transit. That means it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. SSL encryption makes shopping on the Internet the safest way to use your credit card. Some even consider it safer than making a purchase in a store or charging your dinner in a restaurant.
  • When I make a purchases through the Precision Roller website, what information do I have to give?
    We collect your name, address and payment information to process your order. However, you may provide credit card and purchase order numbers by telephone.
