If I have a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package, is it still covered by the Precision Guarantee?
Yes! In addition, due to the time-sensitive requirements of our shipping partners, if your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of not receiving your order.

Does the Precision Guarantee cover the return shipping costs for defective merchandise?
Absolutely! If an item you buy from us is defective, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. If you need to return an item that is not defective, we will be happy to accept it, but in that case you will be responsible for shipping charges.
