Defective Item Warranty

Covered for one full year

If a product has a manufacturer defect, you’re fully protected for one year from the delivery date.

How it works

If you believe an item is defective:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. We’ll provide an RMA number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Once the item is returned, we’ll verify the defect.

What happens next

After verification, you can choose:

  • A 100% refund, or
  • A replacement at no cost to you

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly so you can get back to printing without interruption.


Non-Defective Returns

30-day return window

Sometimes an item simply isn’t needed, and that’s okay. We offer a 30-day return policy for non-defective items.

Return requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Items must show no signs of installation or use
  • Products must be in resellable condition

For toner cartridges and similar products, this includes items like seal tabs that must remain intact.

Return shipping

For non-defective returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund details

Once the item is received and inspected, your purchase price will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

  • What if my cartridge stops working after several months?
    All of our products are guaranteed to work for one full year from the delivery date. If a cartridge stops working within that time frame, you can request a replacement or a refund.
  • If I have a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package, is it still covered by the Precision Guarantee?
    Yes! In addition, due to the time-sensitive requirements of our shipping partners, if your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of not receiving your order.
  • Does the Precision Guarantee cover the return shipping costs for defective merchandise?
    Absolutely! If an item you buy from us is defective, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. If you need to return an unused item that is not defective, we will be happy to accept it, but in that case you will be responsible for shipping charges.
