  If you are not completely thrilled with something you have purchased from Precision Roller, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of invoice!

• Speedy Refunds
  
  • Your refund will be processed within 3 days after your returned item has been received by us.
  • Precision Roller will issue a UPS Call Tag for any merchandise that needs to be returned due to an error by Precision Roller.
  • Limit of our liability is the cost of the item.

  • Be in the same form of payment
  • Be for the amount you were invoiced, less any Shipping
  • Include the Shipping  if the return was due to any type of error on the part of Precision Roller.

• Return by UPS or mail...
  
  1. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the invoice
  2. To receive a valid RMA number, please contact our Return Department 1-800-323-9523 ext. 2249
  3. Place the item securely in the original shipping package.
  4. RMA number must be written legibly on the return label or outside of the shipping box.
