We view every customer as a customer for life and instill this philosophy in our employees to assure the complete satisfaction of every shopper. We have a state-of-the-art fully-staffed and dedicated Customer Support Center to handle the multi-tier customer support that we provide.

We want you to be happy!
If you are not completely thrilled with something you have purchased from Precision Roller, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of invoice!

Speedy Refunds

• ● Your refund will be processed within 3 days after your returned item has been received by us.
• ● Precision Roller will issue a UPS Call Tag for any merchandise that needs to be returned due to an error by Precision Roller.
• ● Limit of our liability is the cost of the item.

Your refund will...

• ● Be in the same form of payment
• ● Be for the amount you were invoiced, less any Shipping
• ● Include the Shipping  if the return was due to any type of error on the part of Precision Roller. 
• ● The Limit of our liability is the cost of the item.

Rare Exceptions

Unfortunately, these types of items aren´t returnable.

• ● Circuit Boards
• ● Manuals
• ● Items damaged in transit (see our terms and conditions)

Return by UPS or mail...

1. 1. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the
       invoice
2. 2. To receive a valid RMA number, please contact our Return Department 1-800-323-9523 ext. 2249
3. 3. Place the item securely in the original shipping package.
4. 4. RMA number must be written legibly on the return label or outside of the shipping box.
