Ricoh released the AFICIO 2075 in 2004 as a standard copier with a versatile upgrade path. It was designed for medium to large businesses with heavy document traffic; it has a monthly duty cycle of 300,000 impressions which is paired with a toner (885400) that has a robust yield. The Ricoh AFICIO 2075 prints quickly and efficiently; documents are dispersed at a rate of 75 pages-per-minute. First copies are output in as little as 3.5 seconds.

Standard features on the Ricoh AFICIO 2075 include automatic duplexing and document feeder. This is especially convenient to keep you productive by allowing the placement of documents in the feeder and let the machine do the rest. Duplexing is a simple way to produce professional-looking two-sided document output from one-sided input.

Paper storage is flexible and robust on the Ricoh AFICIO 2075. When all paper storage options are utilized the maximum capacity of 8,300 sheets can be reached. The 100-sheet bypass tray is a standard feature that makes printing on specialty papers a snap. It removes the need to unload the main paper trays in order to print for example on letterhead, labels, or envelopes.
