Combining copying, printing, scanning and optional fax capabilities, the Ricoh Aficio 1232C will provide all the production and distribution features in this compact unit. The 1232-Cs’ monthly duty max of 36,000 is sufficient for many small to mid-sized professional organizations. The Ricoh AFICIO 1232-C delivers documents in as little as 7.9 ppm in B&W and 18 ppm in color.
Well suited to support workgroups, the Aficio 1232 C comes standard with two 250-sheet trays, automatic duplexing, a 100-bypass tray, and an Automatic Reversing Document Feeder. The 1232-C has a fast output of 32 ppm in B&W and 10 ppm in color. Options that can increase the flexibility of this unit include: two 500-sheet trays, 500-sheet finisher and Platen cover.
The Ricoh AFICIO 1232C is a B&W and color machine that requires four toners—black (Ricoh 480-0085), cyan (Ricoh 480-0088), magenta (Ricoh 480-0087), and yellow (Ricoh 480-0086). The 1232C black toner will yield an estimated 25,000 pages at 5 percent coverage; the color toners will yield approximately 17,000 pages at 5 percent coverage. Each toner is available in either the genuine Ricoh brand or Precision premium compatible.
