  • I forgot my password and/or username, how can I find it?
    If you are unable to remember your password and would like to reset it, click the My Account link at the bottom of the page, then click Forgot My Password under the login button. If you don’t remember the email address the account was created under, enter your account number and an email will be sent to the primary email address for the account. If you still have difficulty, or do not know your customer number, send us an email at imaging@precisionroller.com.
  • Can you tell me my customer number?
    You can receive your Customer Number by e-mail. Simply e-mail imaging@precisionroller.com and include your full name, address, and order/invoice number.
  • How do I update my password, e-mail address and other account information?
    1. Login to your account
    2. Click Edit My Account Information
    3. Update the necessary fields
    4. Save your Account Information
  • When I try to check my order status, the link takes me to the log on page.
    To protect your privacy, you need to be logged onto your Account to check your order status.
  • I have multiple addresses I ship to or I’m a dealer and drop ship to multiple addresses! How do I manage my addresses?
    From your My Account page, click on Manage My Addresses. This page allows management of all of your addresses, including deleting old addresses, adding new ones, editing existing addresses and setting default values for your addresses.
  • How do I save my cart or create a shopping list?
    You can save the contents of your current cart to purchase later, or as a shopping list for recurring purchases. Simply add the items you wish to keep on the list to your cart, then click the Save My Cart as a Shopping List. Create a name and include a description if desired, then click Save to save the list.
  • Does Precision Roller offer special pricing for government and education entities?
    For most government and education accounts, we offer special discounted pricing. To see if you qualify for special pricing, visit our government and education pricing page and complete the application.

    Once your request has been approved, sign in with your account on our website and your special pricing will be displayed throughout your visit.
