The generous standard paper capacity on the WorkCentre 7665 delivers 3,260-sheets of paper from the four drawer configuration and a bypass tray. Each paper source can hold a different paper size up to ledger size paper. For more specialized media the WorkCentre 7665 bypass tray can process letterhead, envelopes, and heavier media.

Replace toner less often with the WorkCentre 7665 generous toner yields. The WorkCentre 7665 black (6R1219) toner cartridge can deliver an estimated 30,000 pages. Each of the WorkCentre 7665 color toner cartridges; cyan (6R1222) and yellow (6R1220) yield an estimated 34,000 pages while the WorkCentre 7665 magenta toner cartridge (6R1221) yields an estimated 31,700 pages. All toner yields are based on 5% page coverage.
