The full-color WorkCentre 7346 can hold four separate toner cartridges which means only the empty cartridge will need replacing—saving your office money. The genuine Xerox WorkCentre 7346 black toner cartridge (6R1175) yields an estimated 26,000 pages with 5% page coverage. The three WorkCentre 7346 color toner cartridges (cyan- 6R1176, magenta- 6R1177, and magenta- 6R1178) each deliver an estimated 16,000 pages with an average of 5% page coverage.

The WorkCentre 7346 paper handling starts with the standard 520 sheet paper drawer, 75 sheet document feeder, and 100 sheet bypass tray. Each paper source can process a different paper size or media including envelopes, labels, and plain paper up to 12” x 18”.
