The Xerox DocuColor 250 is a multifunctional copier, scanner, and printer. The DocuColor 250 delivers high speed output to mid-sized offices with color prints delivered at 50 cpm and black prints at 65 cpm. The large full-color touch-screen on the DocuColor 250 gives users easy access to the projects they perform the most.

The DocuColor 250 will notify users when toner is low so when it is time to replace any of the four toner cartridges; it can be done while on-the-run. The genuine Xerox DocuColor 250 toner cartridge in black (6R1219) yields an estimated yield of 30,000 pages; the color toner cartridges—cyan (6R1222) and yellow (6R1220) yield an estimated yields of 34,000 pages while the magenta (6R1221) yield is estimated at 31,700 pages with 5% coverage.

The four drawer configuration and bypass tray on the DocuColor 250 provides offices with a very generous paper capacity of 3,260-sheets. Each paper source can handle a different size of paper up to 11” X 17” as well as specialized media.
