The Xerox DOCUCOLOR 240 is a standard copier, printer and scanner with optional fax capabilities. Jobs are completed quickly with print speeds of up to 40 pages-per-minute in color and up to 55 pages-per-minute in B&W. Razor sharp printing and copying is delivered on the DOCUCOLOR 240 with the 2400 x 2400 dpi resolution.

Toner replacement can be done without interrupting the job in progress. The genuine Xerox DocuColor 240 toner cartridges come in; black (6R1219) with an estimated yield of 30,000 pages with 5% coverage, magenta (6R1221) with an estimated yield of 31,700 pages with 5% coverage and cyan (6R1222) and yellow (6R1220) both with estimated yields of 34,000 pages with 5% coverage.

The Xerox DOCUCOLOR 240 has flexible paper handling. Standard capacity of 3,260 pages comes from five separate trays; one and two can handle custom media, an entire tray can be devoted to specialty media and a 1,140 large paper capacity tray. There are additional paper tray options to up the capacity to its max of 5,260 sheets. The Duplex Automatic Document Feeder simplifies the copying and scanning of large jobs. The DocuColor 240 monthly duty cycle is rated at 200,000 pages giving the 240 the ability to handle busy document traffic.
