Built for the demands of a high-volume office, the Sharp MX-M905 comes with standard copier, scanner, and printer capabilities. Optional fax functions are available additions if needed. With a monthly duty max of 1,000,000 impressions, this robust machine will keep up with heavy workloads. There are several different options for finishing that can be added to the Sharp MX-M905 including stapling, hole-punching, PDF compact kit, and barcode font kit.

Speed is key on the Sharp MX-M905, multiple copies are delivered at a rate of 90 copies per minute; first copy time is 4 seconds. The three-drawer standard storage system will hold up to 3,000 sheets of paper. There is a 100-sheet bypass tray with a 500-sheet bypass tray option. Additional paper drawers can also be added to increase storage to an 8,500-sheet max. Paper handling is versatile on the Sharp MX-M905 allowing for the use of multiple media sizes up to 11x17 inches.

The black toner (MX-900NT) has an estimated page yield of 120,000 with 5 percent page coverage. Other consumables used on the Sharp MX-M905 are also high-yielding. The black drum (MX850NR) for instance, has an estimated yield of 1,000,000.
