Savin released the C2020 in 2007. Standard features include copier, printer, and scanner modes to produce vibrant color and bold black and white output. The multi-copy time on the Savin C2020 is 20 pages-per-minute. Connectivity is a snap; the Ethernet connection is standard and there is an option to connect wirelessly if wanted. The Savin C2020 is compatible with both Mac and PC operating systems.

Digital cameras can be hooked up to the Savin C2020 so pictures can be printed directly from the device. Flexible scanning options include scan-to-URL, scan-to-folder, and scan-to-email; this is an excellent way to distribute media fast and efficiently. Scan speeds are fast; black and white images are scanned at 50 ipm (images-per-minute) whereas color images scan at 35 ipm.

When toner runs out, replacements can be purchased in both the genuine Savin brand and Precision compatible for the C2020. These are needed in black (888656), cyan (884969), magenta (888658), and yellow (888657). Yields are estimated when averaging 5 percent page coverage; the black is estimated at 20,000 pages—each color has a projected yield of 15,000 pages.
