The Konica Minolta bizhub 160 is an expandable central document component. The standard features of copying, printing and scanning can be completed with the optional faxing capability. The monthly duty cycle is rated at 16,000 impressions giving the bizhub 160 the functionality of a large machine, but in a compact package. Prints are generated at a rate of 16 pages-per-minute and first prints are dispersed in as little as 13 seconds.

The genuine Konica Minolta Bizhub 160 black Toner (TN-113) yields approximately 5,000 pages at 6 percent coverage, keeping cost low.

Paper handling is flexible on the Konica Minolta bizhub 160. Standard capacity starts at 250 sheets with the multi-purpose tray and 10-sheet bypass tray; and is upgradable to 760 sheets with the 500-sheet second paper cassette. Instead of emptying the main paper tray, the bypass tray handles a variety of media such as labels, cardstock, and envelopes.
