Ricoh released the SP 8400DN in June, 2017. The machine was built for speed and efficiency. With a robust monthly duty cycle of 300,000 impressions, the Ricoh SP 8400DN can keep up with busy office workflow. This monochrome machine comes with standard duplexing and can print with speeds up to 60 pages per minute.

Standard paper capacity stems from the 550-sheet paper tray 1, 550-sheet paper tray 2, and 100-sheet bypass tray. Maximum paper capacity on the Ricoh SP 8400DN can be increased by purchasing additional paper drawers to 4,700 sheets. The output tray can hold 500 sheets or up to 4,000 sheets using optional finisher, bridge unit and 4-bin mailbox.

Black toner (821276) for the Ricoh SP 8400DN has a large yield estimated at 51,000 pages. Another consumable includes the maintenance kit (408107) with an estimated yield of 160,000 pages. High yields will extend the time between replacements.
