The wireless connectivity on the PageWide Pro 552dw allows users to print from mobile devices. Offices can print documents directly from a USB drive.

Users can get the job done with the HP PageWide Pro 552dw front access paper tray (500-sheets) and the 50-sheet bypass tray. Each paper source can process envelopes, labels, index cards, letter, and legal. The standard duplexing on the HP PageWide Pro 552dw can convert single sided documents into two-sides in a single pass.

Offices can choose between the high yield toner cartridges and standard yield toner cartridges available for the PageWide Pro 552dw. The PageWide Pro 552dw black high yield ink cartridge (HP HP 972X) yields an estimated 10,000 pages. The PageWide Pro 552dw cyan, magenta, and yellow ink cartridges (HP 972X) each have an estimated yield of 7,000 pages at 5% coverage.
