Please note: payment method for non-U.S. orders must be Bank Draft, or Wire Transfer. In some cases, credit cards may be accepted with prior approval. See our Payment FAQ´s for more information. Please follow the steps below:
- Print the credit application on your printer.
- Fill out and sign the application. (Please Note: Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be processed.)
- Fax the application to: (623) 581-6469 (Attn: Accounts Receivable)
- Or scan and email the application to accounting@precisionroller.com (Attn: Accounts Receivable)
